Investor Education and Protection Fund – Appointment of Nodal Officer & Deputy Nodal officer
Pursuant to Rule 7(2A) of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPF) (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, the Company has nominated the Company Secretary of the Company as Nodal Officer for the purposes of verification of the claim/refund forms filed by the investors who wish to claim the amount / shares already transferred to IEPF and to coordinate with IEPF Authority in this regard. Further, the Company has appointed a Deputy Nodal Officer to assist the Nodal Officer in the said process.
