Prevention from Sexual Harassment
1 Objective
- To promote a productive work environment;
- Not to tolerate verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature by any employee that harasses, disrupts, or interferes with another´s work performance or that creates an intimidating, offensive, or hostile environment.
Harassment that is unchecked has the potential to hurt the employer´s operations through decreased productivity and increased employee turnover.
